Intimacy Coordination


Intimacy Coordinators are trained specifically to work within camera based media and within the US Model with SAG/AFTRA Standards. IPEC is an accredited education company by SAG/AFTRA

Courses for
Intimacy Direction

Intimacy Directors are trained to work for live and staged works. These are experts in creating spaces of creativity and consent for rehearsals and be a part of the discussion on how the culture of the show can run.


There are not currently ID standards within Actor's Equity.

Effective and safe teach methods are not inherent and it's important as educators that we are trained in how to communicate and educate when it comes to staged intimacy.

Education Collective


We are a training organization for Intimacy Coordinators for film/tv, Directors Staged and Live Work, and Educators.                               

   

Learning that features Pre-Recorded Lectures, Virtual one-on-one mentorship, and Virtual Labs for practice simulations to put what you are learning into practice.                                          



Learners are welcome to take our courses linearly from Courses 1 - 5.


We also offer our syllabus in a non-linear fashion. Have a particular background? Prior staged intimacy training? Your past experience may apply towards your accreditation.


After an initial evaluation, you may be asked to do labs to show how you take your past experience and apply as an IC, ID, or IE.


Want to just take lectures? Want to take labs later when you have more time? You can do that too!
