In this 3 hours lab, learners will be given tools to build actionable values. Scene work will also be used as a tool to assess gaze via the communities that are working on this art.
This course is for Intimacy Directors, Intimacy Coordinators, Leaders wanting to lead with more consent forward practices in narrative/creative work, department heads, managers, and educators.
Expected Learning:
Learners will use the Intersectionality framework to examine their positionality as it relates to their scope of work.
Identify actionable opportunities for allyship and advocacy that moves beyond awareness of identity and into self-accountability to our values
Learners will practice intentional apologies for harm they may cause in a space on the bases of race, gender or ability
Learners will identify actionable steps they can take to continue to unpack white supremacy in their lives and in their work.
